About Us

Hello! I’m Lenore Holz, Founder and Chief Problem Solver of Brownstone Concierge, LLC since 2013. I help my clients with their tasks and projects so they can have more time for the people and things that have priority in their life. I enjoy utilizing my expertise in communication and organization, and take great pride in delivering exceptional personalized service.

In my career as a high-level Executive Assistant for nearly 20 years, I’ve gained extensive experience working side-by-side with top executives. In this role, no two days were alike. One day I was ordering deliveries of champagne and flowers, the next I was orchestrating complex international meeting agendas and travel itineraries.

I’ve held key positions in very small offices as well as in very large organizations traversing the globe. My industry experience includes television, publishing, finance, executive search, digital media, sports and nonprofit. My background also includes experience as a Legal Assistant and Copywriter.

With Brownstone Concierge I’m able to provide the most diverse range of my skills and talents for my clients. It’s what I love most about my business, and it’s why my clients find great value in collaborating with me.

I’ve lived in Downtown Jersey City since July 2001, building an extensive network of trusted skilled specialists, such as fitness coaches, caterers and contractors. If I can’t help you, I know someone who can.

I’m a proud graduate of Rising Tide Capital’s Community Business Academy, and remain an active supporter of their mission to transform lives and communities through entrepreneurship. As a fun side project I operate a seasonal beverage station at markets, street fairs, and events, Iced Tea Fusion and Cider Fusion. I’ve practiced my passion for progressive social change and love of event planning by volunteering with various nonprofits over the years. I manage the Jersey City Entrepreneurial Women’s Network Meetup group. I’m a 200-RYT yoga instructor as well as a lifetime student of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and Vipassana Meditation. I earned a BA in Sociology from Florida State University in 1996. I enjoy yoga, traveling, flying stunt kites at Liberty State Park, and pampering my cat, Astro.
